Australian singer-songwriter Delta Goodrem and her guitarist husband Matthew Copley have emerged as buyers of a $10.9 million Rose Bay mansion with a pool.

Settlement documents in October show the couple, who wed in Malta in June 2025, bought the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house from David Allen of Plato Investment Management and the president of the Eastern Suburbs Rugby Club.

The price wasn’t disclosed after the private treaty sale on May 27, leaving the settlement to reveal the price and buyer’s identity.
