Our Verdict

Big and bold on the outside, the Edifier T5s subwoofer is a thing of surprising subtlety and nuance on the inside. Using its 8-inch long-throw woofer, the T5s plugs into your speaker setup and adds satisfying, filling (but not droning) depth to your listening experience without stealing all the attention. It's beautifully designed so can be proudly showcased, but also tall and thin, so can also be concealed behind a desk or TV for an 'invisible' sound boost.

For

Beautiful design

Large, powerful woofer

Slim design makes concealing easy

Against

Too big for very compact spaces
