"A man had been found under extremely suspicious circumstances. He was lying on his living room floor with his pants down on his ankles, badly bruised, and there was blood everywhere. There was also a history of many different men visiting at all hours. The autopsy revealed cirrhosis of the liver and huge esophageal varices.…
