Amazon has just launched five new products as part of its Blink security camera lineup, expanding their resolution, adding a spotlight, and jazzing up their hardware format. The Blink Mini 4K+, priced at $79.99, is the company’s first 4K security camera that now goes all the way up to 4K video capture quality and offers a 115-degree horizontal field of view.

The build is IP65-rated, and it also gets dual-band Wi-Fi 6 support for better network coverage. For users who pay for the accompanying subscription service, they also get access to two-way audio, AI-generated event summaries, and Smart Alerts with person and vehicle detection.

Next in line is the Blink Spotlight Cam 2K+, which is the company’s first battery-powered spotlight camera. Amazon says that the spotlight kicks into action as soon as it detects motion, while video resolution is capped at 2K.…
