Specifics about the incident are scarce, though Mortensen reportedly contacted police in West Jordan, Utah, last month with allegations tied to a 2024 incident. A spokesperson for the West Jordan PD told NBC that it is reviewing videos connected to the alleged incident while sorting out a timeline and details. Mortensen has reportedly spoken to the police about the alleged incident, and while Paul has not, the cops have spoken to her lawyer. Investigators want Paul to either come in for an interview or submit a written statement as they attempt to corroborate Mortensen’s report. Reps for Paul declined to comment.
