My product kinda getting some attention from angel investors and they wanna put money like around 10k for 1% of my company

do you guys have any experience on this? Do you think I should take it, this is my first time dealing with this kind of stuff

In our roadmap we just want to go for government grant and use that money for growth, and also not sure if we wanna stay bootstraped or go for the VC / Angel path

Any advice?
