Home Assistant Integration for Breville Joule Sous Vide & Smart Ovens

This might be a niche integration for most unless you own one of these appliances, but a couple of us reverse-engineered the Breville+ Cooking API with AI assistance and countless hours of manual debugging of logs.

It's a new custom integration that supports:

• ChefSteps Joule Sous Vide — Tested
• Breville Joule Turbo Sous Vide — Untested (waiting to verify on real hardware)
• Breville Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro — Tested

The integration supports remote cooking controls, temperature and timer adjustments, real-time status monitoring, automations, and notifications. It also includes a custom Home Assistant sidebar with interactive appliance visuals and cooking presets.
