Google Hiring Assessment is so stupid????
This was my second time interviewing at Google. The first time, I made it to the final round.
But now, they've introduced some bizarre assessment? I did some research and it was a bunch of "Most like me" and "Least like me" questions...except they were all skills a good emloyee should have. Eg.
"I complete my assigned tasks vs. I verify information before sharing it vs. I learn from my past experiences"
Now, which is LEAST like you?
...what?? I mean, the moment I looked it up, I knew I was probably going to fail, but I went into the test with an "I'll try my best" attitude (yes, guys, I was right, I failed; it is what it is). But I just had to put out that this is such a weird screening method.
