Hi all, I’m in tech sales for a fortune 100 company so I’m having a hard time deciding how to look at the situation my husband is in at the startup he works at since career progression is more put in place at my company. Would love some feedback/opinions on the situation.

My husband is 1 of 3 sales people for a startup company and has been working there two years. I believe the start up has been around ~8 years and they’re pretty established and growing. He works extremely hard and lots of hours and travels almost every week to lead demos, presentations, work conferences etc. They have constantly asked him to take on more tasks and just do more in general and he’s spread pretty thin but he doesn’t technically hate it because he enjoys what he does. It’s getting to a point where in the 2yrs he’s been there they have only given him 6% raise and he’s getting frustrated with them not paying him enough.…
