Noel Gallagher has been mocked by Ali G in a new video, with Sacha Baron Cohen ‘s character taking aim at the Oasis reunion in front of a cinema audience.

The video was shared on social media yesterday (October 24) to promote Cohen’s new film Ali G: Who Iz I? , which arrived in cinemas a day earlier.

In the clip, Ali G enters a packed cinema screening and singles out Gallagher, pretending not to recognise him.

He suggests that the musician looks like “one of them Oasis twins”, before making him stand up in front of the audience.

“It’s Nigel Gallagher, innit?” he says, going on to describe him as a “50-year-old white man trying to make a comeback after 20 years, so sad”.

Elsewhere in the clip, Ali G offers to sell selfies, ganja and “a handjob from me Julie” to members of the cinema audience, while the Instagram post was accompanied by the caption: “not even Nole Gallagher could get a seat to see me movie”.
