Been thinking about this a lot lately after scrolling through Reddit and reading everyone's ideas and pitches. It feels like more and more parts of running a SaaS can be automated now. From outreach, onboarding, support, follow-ups, even parts of product building. But at the same time, fully automating everything sometimes makes things feel off? Like, you can just tell this is not something that was made by a human and if you caught on to that, how much more your users?

So I’m curious how you all think about it. What have you fully automated with no regrets? What did you try to automate but ended up bringing back to manual? Where do you think human touch actually matters the most?
