Dua Lipa has filed a $15million (£11million) lawsuit against Samsung, alleging that they used her image to sell TVs.

A complaint filed in California on Friday (May 8) alleges that the electronic manufacturer used a photograph of Lipa on the cardboard packaging of its TVs, beginning last year, without paying her or seeking her permission.

The suit alleges that, when Lipa became aware of it, she demanded that the company stop using her image, to which the company were “dismissive and callous” and refused the request, per Variety .
