I’m just starting out ultra light backpacking and I am in need of a sleeping pad. I would prefer an inflatable one to a CCF but I have a pretty tight budget so I don’t know how realistic that is. I don’t plan on camping in very cold weathers maybe around 30 F on certain days and I sleep quite warm so a high R value doesn’t matter to much to me. The most important factors are that it’s light, cheap and provides at least some comfort something around $50 or lower would be great really just the cheaper the better. Of course with that price range I’m willing to make some sacrifices on comfort and weight. I’d love to hear any ideas you guys have on what I should purchase.
