I keep seeing claims about agents that can book things, manage inboxes, run multi step tasks on their own. Every demo looks great but every time I try to use one for something real it falls apart at step four and I end up babysitting it. I am not trying to be cynical, I genuinely want to know if anyone here has an agent setup that reliably does useful work without you watching it. What actually works for you day to day versus what is still a party trick?
