Beloved Gone Fishing dog Ted made his final TV appearance on Sunday (25 October) as his owner Bob Mortimer paid a special tribute.

The popular BBC show returned on Sunday and saw Mortimer and Paul Whitehouse set up camp on the side of the River Ribble for their latest fishing adventure.

But, sadly this was the final time little dog Ted was to appear on the show.

The Patterdale Terrier mix, who was a fan favourite, died in April this year.

A special tribute was paid to him at the end of Sunday’s show.
