In the process of renovating a bathroom and while demoing discovered a house fire that was covered up and never disclosed. I don’t think the sellers knew but the owners before them definitely did as they renovated the shower. I did get an inspection but of course “they’re not experts”. After removing the tiles to the subfloor discovered notches in this beam. How bad is it? I keep telling myself it’ll all work out but every time I open something up in this place it just keeps giving me nothing me but stress and tears. Selling is not an option. Thank you!
