Right. I have a decent setup. Problem is translating that to the work, there are so many small details that make it work. Fully automated, multi project work, multi repos. 1 or many. Agent, rebuilt drop ins. Persistant memory, communications, 1 terminal always. The switch to another agent is instant. You can full access and visability of who is working. Context managmebt so u only need to caht with ur project manager agents. Safety first, rm, git, Ai setting, secrets, cross agent writes. All blocked.

No complex worktree setup. Alm agents work on the same brach( add new branches np) zero conflicts run multi projects in paralell.
