Hi all - currently working at a multi-regional, multi-site outpatient imaging company. I am looking to move to a large hospital system. My resume has been with one company until my current job, which is the corporate parent of my previous company.

The position I am looking to move to is a Director-level position: Director of Performance Excellence. Struggling with how much detail to provide versus how high-level the resume should be. I'm uploading my original resume (times new roman font) and my copilot-assisted resume. Do I need an executive summary? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
