In my opinion, vibe coding is great, it truly is but it has flaws.

The app I built looks & seems amazing but there’s still flaws. I vibe-coded a decentralized app and for the most part it works well but it also glitches, freezes and has other faulty behaviors.

I was initially impressed by vibe coding but as a full stack developer (not vibe coder),I understand that AI is not a complete solution. It’s still limited within regards towards context, testing, resolving problems and some libraries like pixie JS and others it doesn’t perform well.

Thinking of going to coding by handing again! To sit there and just vibe code an app and not review the code, how it structured my app, how it understood the context of prompts and everything else it’s doing a poor job.

I know a lot of vibe coders who still use traditional devs to fix their vibe-coded slop. Coding is not dead and unfortunately I don’t think it will end for a while. I would most likely only use it as an assistant but nothing more.…
