Does anyone have experience in getting accommodations for migraines and/or ADHD that was not diagnosed until adulthood?

My migraines are triggered by astigmatism/high prescription myopia and happen after extended screen use. I'm getting a neuropsych eval next month, but I don't know how successful my accommodation request will be, considering I was only able to get diagnosed this year. I don't have much corroborating evidence from childhood. I'm hoping to at least get stop the clock breaks so I can rest my eyes for a bit and apply eye drops
