According to documents reviewed by TMZ , the 21-year-old daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt filed for a name change with the Los Angeles Superior Court. She requested for her legal name to be Zahara Marley Jolie, effectively dropping “Pitt” from her last name. The outlet added that Zahara did not specify any reasons for the change in her filing. In Touch Weekly , the first to report on the matter, said Zahara made the filing on April 28. She is set to appear in court on Sept. 28 to share with a judge why she’s making the change. There may have been signs of her feelings about the name ahead of the filing.
