Sean Kingston and his mother, Janice Turner, are no longer fighting t heir federal fraud convictions .

On Thursday (June 11), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit approved a motion filed by the singer and his mother last month to voluntarily dismiss their appeal. The decision effectively ends their effort to challenge either their convictions or the prison sentences handed down last year.

The move closes a lengthy legal chapter for the pair, who were found guilty in March 2025 on one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and four counts of wire fraud.…
