Girls

Grace DeLay, Trinity Lutheran cross-country: At the CG Bramble Scramble in Cottage Grove on Oct. 17, the sophomore had her fourth top-five finish of the season when she finished second in the 5K race with a time of 20 minutes, 28.1 seconds.

Paityn Cotner, Sisters volleyball: In Sisters’ 3-2 win over Pleasant Hill on Oct. 15, the senior setter finished with a double-double with 48 assists and 20 digs.

Shea Manfredi, Bend soccer: In Bend High’s 8-0 win over Crook County on Oct. 12, the senior forward scored four goals to give her 25 goals on the season and help the Lava Bears win their third match in a row.
