Hi designers, I have been running a small studio for over 7 years and currently also doing a lot with helping creative, especially those who already have design skills and want to launch their own business & perhaps even quit their 9 to 6.

If you are whom I just described, would you mind to share with me your biggest struggle? And if you were to seek help (mentor/ coaching/ guidance, etc.) What kind of support do you need the most?
