Hi, I am having a critical issue registering as a foreign user on the SHGM system.

When I try to sign up, it says my Passport Number is already registered. However, I never received the initial confirmation email to verify the account, so it remains incomplete. Because of this, the "Forgot Password" option doesn't work either.

I’ve been trying to contact their support for a month with no luck. Has anyone faced this issue before, and how did you resolve it? Thanks!
