Hi everyone,

Buying or selling a house or flat in Tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur) is stressful.

You search for months, finally like a property, and then the broker demands 1% to 2% as brokerage. That’s easily ₹50,000 to ₹1,50,000 gone — just for connecting buyer and seller!

That’s why I decided to build Homziio.

Homziio is a simple and transparent real estate platform where you can buy, sell, or rent properties without paying any brokerage. Our focus is on verified listings so people don’t waste time on fake ads.

Why I Started This

I saw many of my friends and family struggling with:

Too many fake property listings

Hidden charges by brokers

No direct contact between buyer and seller

Very few genuine options in good locations

So I thought — what if we remove the middleman completely and make the process honest and easy?

What Makes Homziio Different?

Zero Brokerage: Buyers and sellers connect directly

Verified Listings: We check every property before it goes live

Focused on Tricity…
