Earlier this week, Grammy-winning artist Coco Jones revealed that she was sadly subjected to a string of racist insults while posing for photos outdoors in New York City.

In a new vlog documenting her time at New York Fashion Week last month, Coco was seen simply minding her business while being photographed when a heckler began shouting derogatory and insulting remarks at her.

“Ew!” the woman shouted, to which Coco sarcastically thanked her while continuing with her photoshoot.

“So disgusting!” the heckler continued, yelling, “You look so freaking Black.”

Coco remained calm and composed, stating, “Black and proud.”

The woman went on to shout “Blackie,” which is an offensive slur that dates back to the 1800s.

Coco simply continued getting her photos before blowing the woman a kiss and walking away with her team.…
