2020 Nemo Dragonfly, is it time for a new tent?

I have used my Nemo Dragonfly for about 6 seasons, and I think it has been used for 1503-170 days.

Last year I used a UV gear wash to clean the tent. I rinsed it a lot, and a long time. However, this year, I noticed the fabric appears to be 'sticking' when I unroll my tent. Also, most of the tape appears to be coming off the seals, especially on the base.

Is the sticking a sign of the polynylon degrading? Is there any pont in fixing my seams if most of the tape is coming off? Or is this a sign that I need to upgrade?

This was my first near-ultralight tent, so I am unsure what to expect.
