First time homeowner, need a full roof replacement, three contractors coming this week. I have the obvious stuff covered like license and insurance and timeline but I know there is a whole list of things I do not know to ask about yet.

The roof is asphalt shingle, probably original from the early 2000s. What did you wish you had asked before your replacement?
