This week, Apple settled a $250 million class action lawsuit over claims that it misled iPhone owners about the arrival of Apple Intelligence and an overhauled Siri .

Thanks to the settlement, up to 36 million iPhone owners are eligible for a payout of up to $95 per device, a significant amount, especially for serial iPhone purchasers.
