Hi everyone! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Since this is the last year (30๐Ÿฅฒ) in which Iโ€™m eligible to apply for a WHV in NZ, Iโ€™d still like to gather some information before taking the leap.

I know a lot of people find jobs in horticulture and housekeeping, but is there any chance of finding a job in tourism, for example as a receptionist? I worked part-time as a secretary at my dadโ€™s dental practice for 4 years, but that was 10 years ago ๐Ÿ˜…

I thought that speaking 5 languages might give me an advantage (although Luxembourgish probably wonโ€™t be of much use there ๐Ÿ˜…), which leaves French, English, German and Dutch (basic notions in Portuguese and Spanish). But maybe Iโ€™m overestimating how much of an advantage that would be, especially since I will only be able to apply for temporary and short-term jobs.

Iโ€™d really appreciate any insights or experiences you could share. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
