Hi everyone. I have my first-ever manager interview coming up, and am trying to prepare as best possible for the role. I see this as just one step towards eventually landing a position, it is mostly practice because it is unlikely that they will pick me, but I am still somewhat nervous. I would like to know how to address the pressure of the interview and how to prepare for it.

I would be super interested in learning:
* How those of you in manager jobs got your job
* What questions I can expect to get.
