Summary

I maintain the Hold rating on the Invesco S&P SmallCap Information Tech ETF.

Heavy in application software, PSCT's portfolio is notably behind QQQM's on the GARP and quality fronts.

PSCT's historical risk metrics, including high downside capture ratio, deep maximum drawdowns, and lackluster risk-adjusted returns, make it a poor choice for the current environment.

I like its exposure to companies with negative net debt and a fairly large allocation to stocks with strong Quant EPS Revisions grades, which is why I am not decidedly bearish.

Today, I would like to revisit the Invesco S&P SmallCap Information Tech ETF (PSCT), a passively managed vehicle offering exposure to small- and mid-cap IT names across eleven industries, key among them being application software and semiconductor materials & equipment.
