Alvarado also utilized his time on the mic to deliver a message to the crowd, saying, “We brought the trophy home. Let’s party, baby!”
With a Terror Squad chain around his neck and a bottle of Bacardi in his hand, Alvarado was also seen rapping along to “New York.”
At one point, the Brooklyn native was even seen dancing to Bad Bunny’s “Tití Me Preguntó.”
This is Alvarado’s second time on a parade float in less than a week. The 28-year-old made an appearance at the annual Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City, less than 24 hours after winning the title in San Antonio joined by New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani and Knicks teammate Jordan Clarkson.
Alvarado also sang along to Bad Bunny’s “NUEVAYoL” with Karl-Anthony Towns during the celebration at City Hall.
