15s threshold

Only been using for about 6 months without any accidental damage, and the build quality seems poor. My original set had eartips that were too loose to stay on, and I had to buy my own replacements from them that somehow fit better, and now the connector is breaking off but there’s a wire that’s intact so it works for now since I’ve taped it together, which has incidentally solved the issue with it not screwing in tightly enough.
Do I have a lemon or are the Eko stethoscopes generally poorly made?

Used Littman for 10 years and never had issues with them breaking. I love the noise filtering and sound amplification features and don’t pay for the AI, but wouldn’t buy another one when this breaks.
Any other competitors with digital stethoscopes anyone likes?
