Shoppers can then choose two-hour or end-of-day delivery when completing the checkout process for a package on that retailer's website. The company said it will then match the order with other delivery providers in its network and provide near-real time tracking updates. A FedEx spokesperson told CBS News that the service is being offered to retailers and other customers, not directly to individuals shipping on FedEx.com or from a FedEx Office location.
