Movie star Mark Wahlberg’s new gym in Las Vegas is opening in the coming months.

Municipal Gym is scheduled to open in Downtown Summerlin , off Sahara Avenue at the 215 Beltway, in early 2027, according to an announcement this week.

It did not provide a specific date.

Management put on a free, instructor-led outdoor workout session Tuesday evening at Downtown Summerlin — and drew a big crowd — to drum up interest in the new facility in the popular 106-acre shopping-and-dining hub.

According to a news release, attendees were able to join a waitlist “to get notified when the club’s Founding Memberships become available.”
