Deion Sanders has given the world an update about how he feels after his "tumultuous” battle with bladder cancer. During an appearance on Good Morning America last week , Sanders discussed his health and the upcoming college football season with former NFL player Michael Strahan. Sanders explained why he’s looking forward to “winning.” “I’m healthy. I got my health back. I got my swagger back,” he said. “I got my ‘me’ back. Last year at this time, I’m fighting cancer, I didn’t know which way it was going to go.” When Sanders mentioned that last year was “not a good look,” Strahan countered and said that other people may have “taken a break”—but Sanders stayed committed to the players on his football team. “I’m thankful that we fought the battle, and we won the battle fighting cancer,” Sanders said. “It was a tremendous and tumultuous battle, and I’m thankful to be sitting here right now.” Later on in the conversation, Sanders clarified that his cancer is in remission. “I’m cancer-free,” Sanders explained.…
