Any sites to list a neglected house for sale without going through a realtor? House will not pass appraisal and isn’t in the best shape. Also trying to maximize the sales price so I don’t want to hire a realtor. Where can I find a site or app that will put me directly in touch with cash buyers/investors and keep us as the only 2 parties?
