Six Flags Entertainment Corp. shares rallied after the company’s first-quarter revenue exceeded estimates, driven by rising attendance.

Six Flags shares jumped as much as 11% in premarket trading. The stock had gained 28% this year through Wednesday’s close, compared with a 16% increase for the Russell 2000 index.
