I am a Master's student at ISCTE Business School in Lisbon, Portugal, and I am currently finishing my thesis concerning remote work/remote teams. I’m researching how communication styles and digital tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.) impact project speed and motivation in short-term remote teams.

The Role: You worked in a 100% remote, short-term/temporary project (e.g., 3–6 month contract, agile sprint, or specific project-based team).

Your Background: You are from a "Low-PDI" culture (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia/NZ, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, or Scandinavia).
