I moved to the US 7 years ago to get married. I am originally French, but I have not lived in France for about 15 years now. I have this strong desire to go back home to France or at least to Europe. The day-to-day in the US is really not that bad, but the health insurance system is completely insane, and as someone who unfortunately has several health issues, the stress of having one of my meds taken away is really tiring. I miss not having to worry about going to see a doctor or getting the meds that work for me. Unlike many others here, it seems my French family is constantly telling me to come back. I just feel like there are no good solutions right now. Most countries, whether here or in Europe, have some sort of political issue. However, at least in France, I'd be able to go back to my doctors and have better quality of food that doesn't trigger my health issues so much.…
