Multiple grocery stores have launched affordable Thanksgiving meals that can feed as many as 10 people for less than $4 each.

National chains Aldi and Lidl , and regional grocers Schnucks , Wegmans and Winn-Dixie, have announced substantial bundles for under $40 while many Americans struggle with the ongoing high cost of living.

The cost is less than half of the $90 spend by the average household on their Thanksgiving meal this year, PWC consumer markets specialist Ali Furman told Good Morning America earlier this month.
