Blueface's music royalties have been ordered to go to Soulja Boy ’s baby mama, Jackilyn Martinez, after she was awarded a default judgment in a defamation lawsuit from 2023. As reported by TMZ , Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Peter Hernandez granted a request from Martinez to have the "Thotiana" rapper's ASCAP and BMI royalties pay off the remaining $123,245 debt he owes her. She was awarded the default judgment in April 2025 after Blueface failed to respond to the lawsuit, in which she accused him of making defamatory statements against her during his heated feud with Soulja Boy, with whom she shares a child.
