install: one path (clone + install.sh), seed the templates, drop the zip

- INSTALL.md leads with git clone + install.sh; the stale zip path and the duplicate "What's here" inventory are gone (README is the inventory). - ADOPTING.md is personalization only and defers to INSTALL.md. - install.sh installs the two .example files docs link to, seeds rules/infra.md and rules/voice.md only when absent, and spells out its optional-tool checks as if/elif. - claude-bootstrap and bootstrap.profile.example: the personal-agent bridge is AGENT_* / --no-agent / agent.env, with the skill name configurable. - vault spooler: launchd recipe for macOS (plist + run wrapper). - MIRRORING.md: prose files drift too; check README, rules, agents, commands. - test_vault_spooler: use a key vault-write accepts (project:...).…
