Lexi Minetree used the pink carpet to pay homage to her Elle predecessor Reese Witherspoon at the London premiere of the new prequel show on Tuesday. The Elle actress and executive producer already look eerily similar, despite sharing no DNA. But if you took a look at Minetree’s fashions at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square on Tuesday and thought she might be Witherspoon, that’s because Witherspoon has already worn the look. At the U.K. premiere of the Prime Video series, Minetree wore the same Stella McCartney dress Witherspoon herself sported at the 2014 Met Gala. The theme was “Charles James: Beyond Fashion ,” and the Academy Award winner was styled by Leslie Framer.
