I'm happy for her. I think about her running career often, especially this past summer with the sudden rise of Audrey Werro, the arrival of Femke 800M Bol and the ever solid Keely. Could you imagine if Athing was still running? She would be in her prime, with 3 other women who would be right there alongside her and that ridiculous womens 800 record would be long gone. Oh the possibilities....

Good for her. I think she's talented enough that I could see her coming back to a USA champ, Olympic finalist level but medaling seems very unlikely.
