For context, I'm from Europe but I'd imagine most white Americans would be a mix of several white ethnicities and the same would probably go for black Americans with being a mix of a bunch of different African ethnicities

Does this give them a distinct look compared to white Europeans and black Africans? Who are likely mostly just one ethnicity?
