Developer ankur608 has published an open source Arduino library on GitHub for using the Adafruit 2.8″ TFT Touch Shield v2 with Capacitive Touch (PID 1947) on the Arduino UNO Q, which runs an STM32U585 core.
The shield carries its SPI lines on the 6-pin ICSP header rather than pins 11 through 13. On the UNO Q, those map to MOSI 23, MISO 22 and SCK 24. The library handles that remapping, sets up the FT6206 capacitive touch controller over I2C, and does the coordinate math.
The FT6206 digitizer reports touches in portrait orientation at 240 x 320. The library’s screen.getPoint() function applies the transformation for whichever rotation you pick, so touch coordinates line up with what is on screen. Installation is a clone into your Arduino libraries directory or an install from the Git URL, plus the core Adafruit driver dependencies.
Examples appear in the Arduino IDE under File, Examples, ArduinoUnoQ_AdafruitTouch.…
