How do you keep structure in your day?

I quit corporate, started consulting for a client just 10ish hours per week. That’s on pause for right now for a few reasons. In the meantime, I find myself endlessly scrolling and wasting my days away. I can’t find motivation or any ability to stay focused on things I’ve wanted to do around the house - like toy purge, cleaning out closets, swapping over kids clothes by season or size, etc. Sometimes I’ll spend hours every day just doing dumb shit on my phone, then I’ll go for a walk just to move my body, then I waste time in the afternoon and then begin dinner prep. I feel so unstructured and unmotivated.

For those who have fired, what do you do to maintain structure and prevent the endless wasting of time?!
